Supa Veda's turmeric capsules have undergone a supercritical extraction process meaning they are 10 times the strength of raw Turmeric powder. Curcumin which occurs natually in Tumeric is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Curcumin blocks NF-kB, a molecule that travels into the nuclei of cells and turns on genes related to inflammation.

How to use:

One or two capsules twice daily shortly after food. You can even try breaking open the capsules to add the powder to your smoothie, porridge or salad.
