We endeavour to ship same day for orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Monday through Friday). Otherwise, orders are shipped next working day.

Our standard delivery charge is £7.00 if delivery is within the UK


Our international delivery Zone 1 charge is £10 and applies to the following destinations: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands


Our international delivery zone 2 charge is £16 and applies to the following destinations: Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal (excludes Azores + Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excludes Ceuta, Melilla + Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Sweden, Switzerland


Our international delivery zone 3 charge is £45 and applies to the following destinations: Canada, Cyprus, Malta, Mexico, United States


Our international delivery zone 4 charge is £60 and applies to the following destinations: Albania, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, China, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo, Macao, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Philippines, Portugal (Azores + Madeira), Russia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain (Ceuta, Melilla + Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine

We use DHL for all deliveries and will advise at dispatch if this changes. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday and we aim to deliver UK destinations within 3 working days, International Zones 1 + 2 within 3-4 working days, International Zones 3 + 4 within 4-6 working days.

Once your order is dispatched from us, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can follow your parcels journey status. All deliveries will take place Monday to Friday.


Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties payable but may be able to advise on the likely costs.

Please also note that the recipient of the delivery may be contacted by local customs offices to help clear the goods.

Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if the local customs office has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate and the recipient is expecting the parcel.

If you are sending the parcel to a third party, for example as a gift, please note that they will be responsible for clearing the goods through customs. Please ensure they are made aware of this and that the delivery details, especially the telephone number, are theirs and not yours.
